Why have we made this change
Our goal as a charity is to reduce wait times and support as many people as possible with our limited resources. We have found that clients who reach out to us directly are far more likely to engage with, and complete, their counselling journey. 

How to Guide Your Clients
If you know someone who could benefit from our services, please:

• Discuss our counselling services directly with them.
• ​Encourage them to contact us themselves when they feel ready.
• Direct them to our website to complete the self-referral process.

This also ensures we have all the information we need to assess requests for counselling and to try to find the best counsellor match.
