Working from a Strength-based perspective I incorporate elements of CBT and Narrative Therapy to address issues around anxiety, depression, and anger.  The nature of relational interactions between couples is also a focus.

Relationship counselling is an area of passion for me and I work with a wide range of issues to bring hope and change to couples experiencing relationship challenges, such as communication, intimacy, negative patterns & cycles, recovery from affairs, grief and loss, stress and anxiety, parenting and separation. I draw on a variety of counselling frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
