 Counsellor - Couples & Individuals

I believe there is great value in having a safe, empathic, and non-judgmental space where people can process problematic issues in their lives. I enjoy working with individuals and couples with a range of issues. I draw from a variety of evidence-based counselling approaches which are found to be effective in helping people identify and deal with issues which cause them to feel trapped in their lives.

NEIL

 Counsellor - Couples & Individuals

I become a counsellor because I care about people and desired to have the tools, ability, and wisdom to help people to be free. I have worked with so many people who have been prisoners, mostly because of the way they think. I love to work with individuals and couples to explore and replace maladaptive thinking, to help bring understanding and new perspectives. “Every day is a good day when your mind is your friend” (David Riddell)
