Final day for payment is 14 days before the start date of the course.
Cancellations more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less a $10 administration fee.   
Cancellations made within 3-14 days of the course start date will receive a 50% refund.  No refund will be given for non attendance of the course or cancellations <3 days of the course start date.
